These are the common problems that most of us will face during live video streaming.
As we are broadcasting the content in high quality bitrates some times the users
will face these issues. These are due to
a) Your internet connection speed is lower than 1 Mbps or reduced due to heavy traffic.
b) Your personal firewall or corporate firewalls blocking MMS traffic.
c) You are using older version of Windows Media Player.
d) You are trying to connect from corporate network which is proxy servers to connect
to the internet. Some private networks blocks multimedia traffic in their proxy
servers.

Jamming or Freezing? Go to "Settings" tab and select a lower data rate, then click
"confirm". The player should refresh and begin playing video again. Try to get a
gap between measured speed and the data rate streaming. Also go to the "Settings"
tab again and try changing the media servers drop-down list to "Pop1 (http)" or
to "mms" if you are already on http. If there are other options (such as "Pop 2")
try those as well. This will stream your content from a different server, which
may be less busy. Using a Wireless Network? If you are experiencing streaming issues,
it is also recommended to shut down your computer, switch from a wireless connection
to a direct cable connection into the PC and then reboot the computer. We are Mac
compatible. Please use Firefox with Flip4Mac for best results. Ensure the Flip4Mac
preferences are set to "Create streaming movies”. Try temporarily switching off
your Norton or Norton Spam filters.Please ensure the datarate is set at 100 or greater
when viewing live events.You will need a constant speed of 1 Mbps Broadband. The
faster your connection the better the quality we can give you.
You have to select the channels during registration time and can modify at any time
according to your convenience after signing into Telugu Live.
